You must not ship the item back without prior authorization.

Once instructed, ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx). We strongly recommend this to protect your package.
Returns sent without a tracking number cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Free Returns & Refund: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong item, or the product is defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping cost, and you will receive a full refund.
Customer-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping fee is 10% of the product price. We do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.
