1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Canada. 

The Service areas in the United States exclude: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii,  Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timeline
We offer Standard Shipping to all U.S. destinations via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• Shipping Cost: 
  FREE Shipping - if your order total is over $49.
  $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping - if your order total is under $49.
  
• Total Delivery Time: 6-11 business days after processing.
• Total Delivery Time Calculation: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (5-8 business days).

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or local holidays.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. If you are unable to track your package or have any questions, contact us at support@aloveit.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from China. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Alove has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

6. Shipping Address & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Address Changes: You may request a change to your shipping address only before your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated. Please contact us immediately at support@aloveit.com.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the request is made before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number is provided, the order cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While the vast majority of deliveries arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or international customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

1. Return Timeframe
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your item(s). Returns initiated after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• It must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
• It must include all original packaging, labels, parts, and accessories.
• It must not be damaged or altered in any way.

3. How to Initiate a Return - Step by Step
Step 1: Contact Us

• You must not ship the item back without prior authorization.
• To start a return, please email our customer support team at support@aloveit.com within the 30-day window.

Step 2: Provide Information
In your email, please include:

• Your Order Number
• The reason for the return
• Photos or a video of the product clearly showing any issues (if applicable)

Step 3: Wait for Instructions

• Our team will assess your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
• If approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and further instructions.

Step 4: Ship the Item

• Once instructed, ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx). We strongly recommend this to protect your package.
• Returns sent without a tracking number cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

• Free Returns & Refund: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong item, or the product is defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping cost, and you will receive a full refund.
• Customer-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping fee is 10% of the product price. We do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.

5. Refunds for Change of Mind
We accept returns and provide refunds for changed preferences, provided the eligibility conditions above are met. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in these cases.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
• Please note that it may take 10 business days for the refund to be fully credited to your account by your bank or credit card company.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order on our website.
