3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timeline
We offer Standard Shipping to all U.S. destinations via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping - if your order total is under $49.
  
• Total Delivery Time: 6-11 business days after processing.
• Total Delivery Time Calculation: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (5-8 business days).

4. Order Tracking

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from China. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be charged by your country upon arrival. 6. Shipping Address & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Address Changes: You may request a change to your shipping address only before your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated. Please contact us immediately at support@aloveit.com.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the request is made before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number is provided, the order cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.

While the vast majority of deliveries arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or international customs processing. • You must not ship the item back without prior authorization.

• Returns sent without a tracking number cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

• Free Returns & Refund: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong item, or the product is defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping cost, and you will receive a full refund.
• Customer-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping fee is 10% of the product price. We do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.

5. Refunds for Change of Mind
